Duplication of the Esophagus

I received the text from Medachronix publishing house

Duplication of the esophagus Dioesophagia is a congenital anomaly in which the esophagus is duplicated somewhat more often it is doubled over a long distance. The esophagus is located in the lumen of the esophageal isthmus under the duplication of the gastric mucosa. Usually one of the esophaguses is “built-in” into the other and can flow into one common towards the end of the pidostichoid canal (in the distal part of the stomach), into the proximal part of the duodenum, or much more often into the stomach in the latter case, both cores/esophagus are connected by the lumen of the esophagus. When both ends of the esophagus are open, children experience vomiting and symptoms of dizziness.
