Encephalitis Influenza

Hey, relax. I know you like funny warnings, but I'm not going to use a verbatim poem as a title for an article. However, I found something funny about the name of the flu virus. Influenza encephalitis is not the name of the disease, but rather a type of influenza that caused a pandemic during World War II. The word "influenza" comes from Latin and means "leper." And I guess the term originated when people started treating the flu using corals that can be found along the Mediterranean coast.

But, seriously, let's talk a little about the influenza virus: HIV is one of the most common and dangerous diseases caused by the human immunodeficiency virus. This means that the body is affected by a virus that weakens the immune system, and, therefore, the person cannot fight other infections. Moreover, these infectious diseases can lead to a general weakening of the body. HIV can also have far-reaching consequences, such as the development of
