Endoallergy

The term "endoallergy" refers to a latent allergic condition where the patient has sensitized T cells that can react to specific allergens and cause a type II hypersensitivity reaction. This condition can present with symptoms ranging from minor to severe, including anaphylactic shock. The prevalence of endoallergic reactions in the population is approximately 20%. In this case, patients do not have clinical manifestations of allergies and are not aware of their disease. Endo-allergies can be diagnosed by testing blood for allergens, immunogenetic studies and determining the level of specific immunoglobulins in the blood. Treatment of endoallergy includes elimination of the allergen, the use of antihistamines and corticosteroids if necessary. Prevention of endoalergy includes maintaining a healthy lifestyle, avoiding contact with allergens and timely diagnosis and treatment of allergies.
