Erotica and eroticism are one of the most mysterious and mystical aspects of human sexuality. Although this word may have different meanings for different people, in a general sense it can be described as a set of elements associated with human sexuality, such as fantasies, thoughts, ideas, emotions, pictures
Erotica and eroticism are one of the key themes of modern art, literature and psychology. These concepts have several meanings, but for the purposes of this topic I will focus on the first one.
Erotica is the aesthetic pleasure that a person brings when considering sexual objects. This is especially true for images, literary works and works of art. With the development of culture and science came the understanding of sexual attractiveness as a norm. And erotica began to be used not only to excite a partner in bed, but also to introduce the art of communication and dictated new rules and laws of communication.
There are examples throughout history where erotica serves as a tool for teaching certain skills and values. For example, 16th-century Flemish artists often created sexual scenes in their paintings to visually demonstrate painting techniques and anatomical details to fans of the paintings. With the advent of television, erotica ceased to be a commodity and became a pleasure. Now many people at a more conscious age watch porn and erotic films. However, they do not always realize what emotions visualization of the genital organs evokes in them.
As for the modern media space, it provides a huge number of tools for realizing fantasies and desires. Modern technologies make it possible to see the beauty of the female body from all possible angles. At the same time, people continue to face violence and gender discrimination. However, erotica can be viewed from different angles and is not an exclusively acceptable way of relaxation.
