The dosage forms of the drug are film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing active ingredients - pancreatin, bovine bile extract, hemicellulase.

The drug is prescribed for the treatment of insufficient exocrine function of the pancreas, a feeling of fullness in the stomach, flatulence associated with eating fatty and unusual foods, overeating or impaired chewing, as well as preparing patients for x-ray examination or ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and upper abdomen.

Despite the safety and effectiveness of the drug, its use may be contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity, acute and chronic pancreatitis, exacerbation, hepatitis, obstructive jaundice, gallbladder empyema and intestinal obstruction.

Side effects may include diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, increased plasma uric acid levels, or allergic reactions.
