Fibroxanthom is a benign tumor with both xanthoplast and fibroplastic structures. It is a node of epithelioid cells and giant cells with pink or yellowish cytoplasm. Giant cells form a central basophilic circle. Fibroxanthomas develop in the skin of the eyelids and conjunctiva, less commonly on the face, head, neck and chest.
