Fluctuarization

Fluctuation is a spectrum of coherent oscillations with natural frequencies of a vibration system, for which the conditions of stationarity and linearity are met under its external influences. Used as a method for studying an oscillatory system. Fluctuation is the basis of the concept of coherent spectrum in vibroacoustics. Typically, the literature does not distinguish between fluctuation and fluctuation, although the second term describes a process with a specific meaning. The terms can be used as synonyms.
