Dosage forms - tablets 125 mg, tablets 500 mg
Composition - Active substance: Griseofulvin.

Indications for use: Favus, trichophytosis and microsporia of the scalp and smooth skin, epidermophytosis of smooth skin, onychomycosis.

Contraindications - Hypersensitivity, porphyrin disease, hepatocellular failure, malignant neoplasms, leukopenia, blood diseases, pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Side effects - Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pain in the epigastric region, paresthesia of the extremities, dizziness, disorientation in space, agranulocytosis, leukopenia, candidal stomatitis, allergic reactions (skin rashes, Quincke's edema).

Interaction - Enhances the effect of indirect anticoagulants, reduces the effect of oral contraceptives. Fungistatic activity is reduced by barbiturates.

Special instructions - Prescribe with caution for hypersensitivity to penicillins, hypocoagulable conditions, as well as for patients whose professional activities require quick reactions and increased attention.
