Composition - Active ingredient - Clonidine.

Indications for use:

  1. Hypertensive crises, arterial hypertension
  2. Myocardial infarction in the acute period (in the absence of signs of cardiogenic shock and a concomitant increase in blood pressure)
  3. Primary open-angle glaucoma with high and moderate intraocular pressure
  4. Withdrawal syndrome of opium addiction (as part of complex therapy)

Contraindications:

  1. Hypersensitivity
  2. Cardiogenic shock
  3. Arterial hypotension
  4. Obliterating peripheral artery disease
  5. AV block II-III degree
  6. Sick sinus syndrome
  7. Depressive states

Restrictions on use:

  1. Pregnancy
  2. Breastfeeding (breastfeeding should be avoided)
  3. Work that requires a quick mental or physical reaction

Side effect:

  1. Dry mouth
  2. Constipation
  3. Weakness
  4. Drowsiness

Interaction:

  1. The hypotensive effect is weakened by nifedipine
  2. When used with antipsychotics, there is a mutual increase in sedative manifestations, and severe depressive disorders may occur.

Overdose:
It manifests itself as a disturbance of consciousness, collapse; the state of acute poisoning is characterized by bradycardia, widening of the QRS complex, possible slowing of AV conduction and early repolarization syndrome. Treatment is symptomatic.
