Gerimax

Gerimax is a complex therapy drug that contains multivitamins with macro- and microelements and natural ingredients. The drug is manufactured in Denmark by Danske Droge A/S and in Austria by Nikomed Austria GmbH. The international name of the drug is Gerimax.

Gerimax is recommended as a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for reducing mental and physical performance, fatigue, and sleep disturbances associated with age. The drug is also used for the prevention and treatment of hypovitaminosis, avitaminosis and mineral deficiency, as well as for conditions accompanied by an increased need for vitamins and macro- and microelements, including states of stress or overwork, to improve the overall resistance of the body, as well as during the period of convalescence after suffering diseases.

The drug contains ginseng root extract, retinol acetate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, calcium pantothenate, sodium ascorbate, alpha-tocopherol acetate, magnesium hydroxide, nicotinamide, iron fumarate and zinc oxide.

Despite the benefits that Gerimax can bring, the drug has contraindications. For example, its use is not recommended for arterial hypertension, increased excitability, epilepsy, diseases accompanied by the accumulation of iron in the body, hypercalcemia, as well as in children and adolescents under 15 years of age and in persons sensitive to the components of the drug.

When using the drug in recommended doses for a long time, no side effects were observed. However, in rare cases, allergic reactions and gastrointestinal dysfunction may occur. When used in high doses, sleep may also be disrupted.

To date, no clinically significant interaction of Gerimax with other drugs has been established. In case of accidental overdose, you should seek medical help, taking into account the possibility of toxic effects on the body of the components included in the composition.

The recommended dosage of the drug should not be exceeded. It should also be borne in mind that when using Gerimax simultaneously with drugs containing vitamin A, the risk of developing an overdose of the latter increases. The question of the possibility of using the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be decided by a doctor, taking into account the potential risks and benefits for the mother and child.

In general, Gerimax is an effective remedy for maintaining the level of vitamins and minerals in the body, as well as for increasing overall resistance and reducing fatigue. However, before using the drug, you should consult your doctor and carefully study the instructions for use.
