Gynandrism

Gynandrism (Greek gynandría - “effeminate man”) is psychological and sexual duplicity, manifested in an individual’s fixation on his own gender to the detriment of the characteristics of his own gender, which leads to contradictions between a person’s conscious self-determination and the deep structure of his personality, between his accepted gender role and biological sex - masculinity or femininity. Gynandrism is accompanied by states of femininity in men and masculinity in women. This is the forced presentation of gender characteristics of the opposite sexual orientation.

Gynandrid personalities are interesting because, paradoxically, they quite often combine a high level of spiritual and moral needs and very low respect for people with whom they identify themselves “incorrectly.” They are unable to build harmonious relationships with members of the opposite sex and show disrespect even to their own parents, calling their words “imposed” and their actions determined by not accepting who they are. In interpersonal interaction they experience unbearable discomfort. If they need to present signs of the gender opposite to their personality, they have to use large doses of aphrodisiacs, which can be consumed without risk to health - most often these are psychoactive substances that reduce the tolerance of the central nervous system to certain types of psychotropic drugs and inhibit their elimination. An alternative to aphrodisiacs can be artificially created hypersexuality (excessive sexual desire), which requires the adoption of exotic sexual practices. The latter method can become the basis of both the pathology of sexual behavior and the sadomasochistic style of relationships. In addition, such sexual practices pose a huge threat in terms of the spread of HIV/AIDS from a homosexual partner, since natural lubrication mechanisms do not work in such cases. Signs of a gynandritic personality include erotomania, fascination with pedophilia, fetishism, latent homosexuality, a tendency to use symbols of power or submission, drug addiction, and the presence of disabling sexual disorders. Pathological forms of infatuation with one's own or another's gender require deep understanding in order to avoid harm to oneself and the people around you. It is necessary to understand what causes the gynandritic form of psychological disorder and, if possible, to avoid its manifestations. Signs of this mental dissymmetry are heterosty or unipolarity of sexual desire. Heterasticism differs from other forms of gynanstrism in that in it the signs of heterosexual behavior prevail. Male gyndandrism presupposes elements of female psychology and vice versa

Gynandrogy (Gynandrizm, Genital-femininity, English gynandrogy) is a sexual condition in which the gender identity of an individual corresponds to his sex, that is, the individual identifies himself (“I”) as a man or a woman. Gender identity also includes those features that are most often associated with the opposite sex.
