Hypergammaglobulinemia

Hypergamma globulinemia is a prolonged increase in the level of gamma globulins in the blood serum, exceeding the upper limit of normal by 3.5 - 4 times or more.

The term refers to severe damage to the immune system, in which an abnormally large number of “reserve” immune cells are produced

Hypergamma globulinemia is a pathological increase in the concentration of haptaglobin in the blood plasma, characteristic of acute leukemia. GM globulin belongs to the group of isopractic conditions that do not manifest clinically, so they can only be diagnosed by laboratory methods. There are mild, moderate and severe forms of the disease.
