Hypertension Hyperkinetic

Hyperkinetic hypertension is a special condition manifested by a long-term stable increase in lower systolic and/or diastolic pressure due to compensatory disturbances in the regulation of peripheral resistance as a result of hyperactivation of the sympathetic nervous system and a decrease in the excretion of sodium and water by the kidneys with normal or slightly increased renal function. Occurs in vascular dystonia, vegetative-vascular dystonia of a vasomotor nature, neurocirculatory dystonia.
