Indications for use: Hypoglycemia, hypoglycemic coma, hypovolemia, dehydration, shock, collapse, intoxication (in surgical, trauma, resuscitation practice); preparation of drug solutions.

Contraindications: Diabetes mellitus, various conditions accompanied by hyperglycemia.

Side effects: Fever, tissue inflammation at the injection site, thrombosis and/or thrombophlebitis - most often associated with violations of asepsis during the preparation of the solution or injection technique, hypervolemia, acute left ventricular failure.
