Gunther's Disease

Gunteropolyosis is a chronic disease of the peripheral nerves, which manifests itself as autonomic disorders, decreased sensitivity, and dysfunction of muscles and nerves in the legs. It occurs subacutely or chronically, often recurs, and leads to early disability. Differential diagnosis can be difficult due to the complexity of symptoms and instability of diagnosis. Possible combination with other diseases of the nervous system. Treatment includes anticonvulsants, pregabalin, neurotropic B vitamins, and physical therapy.
