Hemispasm Facial

Facial hemispasm. Trigeminal nerve disease; a spasm of the affected nerve covers half of the face, constricts the pupil of this half of the eye and paralyzes the facial muscles in it. Spontaneous, lasting several seconds, contractions of the facial muscles on one half of the face with the participation of the muscles of the eyelids are called hemiparesis (hemiparalysis).
