Hibernoma Benign

Hibernoma is a benign tumor that consists of adipose tissue. It can occur in various places of the body, including the head, neck, chest, back, arms and legs.

A hibernoma may be discovered accidentally during a medical examination or during surgery. Patients may not experience any symptoms associated with hibernoma, but it can sometimes cause discomfort or pain in the area where the tumor is located.

Treatment for hibernoma depends on its size and location. In some cases, surgical removal of the tumor may be required, and in others, observation and monitoring of its development.

It is important to remember that hibernoma is a benign tumor, that is, it does not degenerate into malignant. However, if the tumor grows or causes discomfort, you should see a doctor to have it removed or treated.
