Chloropsia

Chloropsia (from the ancient Greek χλωρός - green, blue and ὀψία - vision) is a collective name for an uncorrectable visual anomaly (a type of amblyopia), in which colors are poorly distinguished. The symptom occurs in both adults and children. Most often it is a consequence of congenital defects of the optical systems of the eye resulting from hereditary diseases, metabolic disorders, infectious processes or damage to the eyeball.
