Chromatophoroma

chromatophores are a type of tumor-like formations of the skin, dense single or multiple, often hemispherical in shape, the color of normal skin or somewhat darker, without a sharp border with the surrounding skin, mostly superficially located. They can reach large sizes, especially when located subcutaneously, have practically no capsule, are immobile, painless, unlike dermofibromas, mobile when palpated, lobulated and clearly defined.
