Infection Asymptomatic

Is it possible not to get sick from COVID-19? So far, after the WHO declared a pandemic, the development of technologies and vaccines against coronavirus infection continues. This path leads to confirmation that you can not get sick if you come into contact even with an infected but asymptomatic person. A vaccine, according to MIT scientists, does not currently exist. If we talk about human physiology, the immune system has its own set of forces and reactions. To a greater or lesser extent, it depends on the individual characteristics of the organism. Each person's body is unique and individual. Is there such a thing as “problem-free” immunity? It turns out, yes - these are conditionally pathogenic microorganisms. These include streptococci, staphylococci and others that are relatively safe for health, but dangerous for people during infection. Immunity against them is not yet called innate immunity. Turning to the medical literature, you can find many examples of such microorganisms - the causative agents of childhood diarrhea, pyoderma or allergies in infants. It turned out that the emergence of immunity against conditionally harmful forms of bacteria does not cause any infection, but only one that resolves with complications. For example, infection with penicillin leads to allergies. Obviously, there is no such way to develop immunity against coronavirus; exotic measures are needed for it to work.

Most recently, on May 7, 2023, a study was conducted in Guangzhou on volunteers who defeated the pandemic. It was during this period that the world’s population overcame coronavirus infection. According to the study, half were asymptomatic; in some, the symptoms coincided with ordinary rhinitis and a mild form of influenza. Some respondents were completely immune to the coronavirus. These people can become a real barrier against the epidemic. Those who have passed the asymptomatic disease will become the happy owners of stable immunity. Among them are those for whom the coronavirus has become destructive.
