Commissurotomy Mitral Open

Commissurotomy (commissurotomy) is a surgical operation that involves cutting or removing one or more commissures of the heart.

The commissure (lat. commissura “jumper”) is a part of the heart valve (mitral, tricuspid, aortic), connecting its valves. Depending on the location, there are anterior and posterior, upper and lower.

The mitral (anterior) commissure connects the anterior leaflet of the mitral valve to the anterior leaflet.

The tricuspid (posterior) commissure connects the posterior leaflet of the tricuspid valve to the posterior leaflet.

Commissotomy is a surgical operation of opening the atrioventricular septum and interatrial septum with a special incision, removing part or the entire muscular layer of the aortic or pulmonary valve

And I won’t give you to anyone! Don’t listen to anyone, all the complexes and some other non-existent problems are conjectures and stupid superstitions. Live to the fullest, listen to your heart and don’t force yourself and others into boundaries.
