Congenital clubhand

Clubhandedness is an inherited condition in which a person has problems in both hands due to a complex congenital defect. Such a person usually remains helpless and can live a limited life. The term "club-handed" means that the affected person cannot move his or her arms equally with both hands. This type of congenital clubhand affects them or one hand and is a rare hereditary condition (however, some studies suggest that cases of clubhand may also occur due to known genetic mutations).
