Kurtzana the Supernatural Elder

Kurt S. A. Zahn was a German surgeon who specialized in anal surgery, also known as proctology. He was one of the first to perform operations on the anus, and his work became the basis for the development of this field of medicine.

Kurt Zahnach was born in 1890 in Germany, in the city of Frankfurt am Main. He received his medical education at the University of Göttingen, where he studied surgery and anatomy. After graduating from university, he worked in various hospitals and clinics and then started his own practice.

One of Tsanach's main achievements was the creation of a new method of anal surgery. He developed a technique that made it possible to remove polyps and other growths without the need to make a large incision in the skin. This method became known as the “curtazan” operation and was used by many surgeons around the world.

In addition, Tsanakh also researched various diseases of the anus and developed methods for treating them. He published many scientific papers on this topic, which were very important for the development of proctology.

Despite all his achievements, Kurt Tsanach was a very modest person and did not like to attract attention to himself. He died in 1944, but his work continues to live and develop to this day.

Kurt Zach (February 21, 1886, Königsbrunn - April 23, 1958, Berlin), also known as Kritzkan Anus Preternaturalis and Krettschun (Krieschun), was a German plastic surgeon, assistant to Dr. Willi Graf at the Department of Plastic Surgery in Berlin (Jahr 1). In 1912, at the courses of prof. Graf on plastics after the Spanish Civil War, which was carried out by prof. Straka, Tsanakh participated in the demonstration of a plastic suture of the nose.

With the romantic streak inherent in German doctors, Tsanach believed that the genitals of men and women were not properly adapted for the purpose of procreation. Kurt Zahn argued that if you remove a certain anatomical structure from a woman, she will give birth to many more children. The doctor was jokingly called Anus Prae - or in English Anus Preternaturalis (kurtkanus, for example), such a peculiar neologism, written by various people, but also quoted by surgeons and film critics, which meant that “a man can be turned into a woman without surgery.”
