Laparotomography is a procedure in which surgeons cut open the patient's abdomen to perform a medical examination of the internal organs. This operation is performed as a last resort in difficult cases when other diagnostic methods do not provide a complete picture of the disease.
Laparotography is a special type of surgical intervention based on dissection of the abdominal wall and subsequent study of the condition of the organs based on their appearance and the condition of the vessels in the area of the surgical incision. Patients undergo a difficult test - for diagnosis they undergo a laparotomy (an in-depth cut in the abdomen for examination). At the moment when the surgeon is already making a skin incision line over the abdominal cavity along the midline, he may change his mind. Instead of routine tissue excision, the surgeon can deviate from the intended plan and operate on the patient based solely on the “voice of the heart.” The patient, upon learning about unexpected, sometimes unrelated factors, experiences shock. He, in a state of confusion, asks questions “what to do”, “where to turn for help.” Diagnostic measures associated with peritoneal dissection should only be carried out
