Treatment of caves, deep ulcers and hiding places

To treat such ulcers, you need to fill them with meat, and this can only be done with an abundance of nutrients and blood. For this, strong drying and cleansing medications are needed, and the ulcers should be placed in such a position that the ichor does not linger in them and flows out. If the sore spot accidentally turns out to be such that the base of the ulcer in the organ faces upward and the mouth downwards, all the better, but if this is not the case, then the person can change the position of the base, forcing himself to take an unnatural position, let him do so, and if This is impossible for him, then it is impossible to avoid opening the ulcer to the base with a deep incision that does not leave a cave, or it is necessary to create a duct and passage at the base of the ulcer, outside the mouth, by manual action. In this case, the state of the organ is considered - whether such an action will bring danger to it. Having done this, you tighten the ulcer with a bandage, starting from the mouth and reaching the base, which you exposed; in the first case, do the opposite, but even then you pull the bandage tightest on the elevated side. The bandage should not lead to pain and then swelling. If it is impossible to make an incision, then wash the ulcer and insert tampons with building and cleansing substances into it, the cleansing properties of which are increased without hindering, since both abilities are quite strong.

We tested the messenger patch, and it turned out to be excellent and effective and successfully cured. Centaury, if you fill an ulcer with it, helps a lot, then there are sumkutun, orris root, and lentil vetch flour.

In hiding places, if you don't take action, the skin doesn't stick as well as it should, but you can dry the skin so that it sticks and looks like it's healthy. Cleansing medicines do not thoroughly clean deep ulcers, caves and hiding places and meat does not grow in them, unless you pour washing liquids into the ulcers, which are injected with a syringe or injected on tampons, especially if the shape of the ulcer is not such that for cleansing it is enough to give it a certain position or press it with a bandage, as we have already explained.

Honey is one of the good rinsing agents, especially if diluted with wine; golden water also rinses strongly, but lightly contaminated ulcers cannot tolerate it. Sea water is also close to this - it washes and dries, and alum water washes and, at the same time, retains the matter seeping into the organ, but when there is a tumor, none of this is good, not even wine.

For such ulcers, when bandaging them, one should place rags on top of the medicines, lubricated with substances necessary for the organ to correct its nature and necessary to resist the plasters used from the inside, and another rag soaked in the necessary medicine should be placed directly at the mouth of the ulcer.

Proof that the drugs have stuck is the paucity of discharge and the immobility of the lower parts of the ulcer. Sometimes, due to the pressure of the bandage and the strength of the medicine, a lot of liquid is squeezed out of the ulcer at once, but then it dries out and sticks.
