Lyogen: An effective antipsychotic for the treatment of mental disorders

It is not recommended for hypersensitivity to other phenothiazines, organic diseases and brain injuries, especially the hypothalamus, acute depressive states, epilepsy, pheochromocytoma, renal, hepatic and heart failure, coma, prostatic hypertrophy, blood diseases, leukopenia, pregnancy, breastfeeding and children under 12 years of age.

When using Lyogen, side effects may occur, such as drowsiness, lethargy, disorientation, depression, disturbances in intellectual functions, coordination of movements, decreased blood pressure, disturbances in conductivity and heart rhythm, changes in the ECG, rhinitis, stomatitis, nausea, vomiting, increased appetite, dry mouth, constipation, sexual dysfunction, gynecomastia (enlargement of the mammary glands in men), galactorrhea (secretion of milk from the mammary glands in women), weight changes and allergic reactions.
