Malation

Malacia is a process of slow destruction of bone tissue, in which it loses its strength and hardness. This process occurs as a result of long-term exposure of the bone to external factors such as trauma, infection or chronic stress.

Malia can be caused by various reasons, for example, trauma, microtrauma caused by an increased level of load, prolonged immobilization of the limb, and impaired mineralization in the bones. It may also be due to improper formation of bone tissue during development.

As the disease progresses, not only does the appearance of the bone change, but also its function becomes impaired. This can lead to pain, instability in the limbs, impaired motor activity, restrictions in a person’s life and the need for surgery. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment of malaria are extremely important.

The earlier malacia is detected, the easier it is to treat, because a later stage of the lesion may require partial or complete replacement of the damaged bone.

There are several ways to diagnose malaria, these include taking an x-ray or
