Chamomile mask: refreshing and toning the skin

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons dried chamomile
  2. 200 ml boiling water
  3. A few drops of vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Pour boiling water over the chamomile and cover it to keep warm. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
  2. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the chamomile infusion.
  3. Soak a layer of cotton wool with warm chamomile infusion and apply it to your face for 25 minutes.
  4. Place another layer of cotton wool on top of the mask.
  5. After the mask, lubricate your skin with nourishing cream.
