Mazurenko Virus

Mazurenko virus is the name given to a virus that was discovered by Soviet oncologist and virologist Vladislav Ivanovich Mazurenko. Mazurenko was born in 1919 and began his career in medicine as an oncologist. In the 1960s, he began studying viruses that cause cancer.
