Primary Medical Card

The primary medical record card (MCPU) is an important document for the civil defense medical service (MSCD). It is used to record the injured and sick at the first stage of evacuation, when they are in a civil defense medical facility.

The MCPU contains information about the patient’s health status, his medical history, diagnosis and treatment he receives. It also contains information about his age, gender, place of residence, profession and other important factors that may affect his treatment.

Filling out the ICP is mandatory for all medical institutions and must be carried out in accordance with established rules and standards. This allows us to ensure continuity of medical care at all stages of evacuation and avoid errors in the treatment of patients.

In addition, the MCPU can be used to analyze statistics on morbidity and mortality in the territory where the ICPD operates, as well as to develop programs for the prevention and treatment of various diseases.

In general, the MCP is an important tool for the civil defense medical service and allows for high-quality and timely provision of medical care to the injured and sick.
