A malignant tumor appears on the skin in parts and rarely affects the common root of the nevus (they are more common).

With superficial localization of the tumor, patients may also observe the appearance of a pigmented nevus, especially near the tumor. Small bumpy nodules resemble freckles. The color can be yellowish, dark brown, pink, brown-black. The location is subcutaneous, nodular or plaque. Sometimes the sizes are very small - up to 5 mm.
