Mesenteric vein

**Mesenteric vein** - an unpaired vessel connecting the inferior vena cava with the renal vein, returns back into the abdominal cavity to the hilum of the spleen. It does not have anastomoses in the body cavities, but serves as one of the main venous collectors and tributaries of the inferior vena cava system.

In the human body there is an additional row of veins called the superior, anterior and posterior mesenteries. They form a system of vessels (fascial-muscular adhesions), which are widespread in the middle and lower parts of the abdominal cavity. So the “veins of the mesentery” or “veins of the mesentery” are part of the fascial-muscular adhesions. I don't know what is meant by "separate organ".

On the sides of the abdominal aorta lie the superior mesenteric veins, which create a paired tubular
