Mobitca Blockade

Mobitz Blockade is a method of treating arrhythmia that was proposed by the German physician Otto von Blom at the beginning of the 20th century. This method is based on blocking the conduction of impulses through the heart, which allows you to slow down or stop the arrhythmia.

The Mobitz Block involves the introduction of an electrical current into the heart through electrodes that are placed on the skin. The current passes through the body and reaches the heart, blocking the passage of impulses through the pathways. This results in a slowing or stopping of the arrhythmia and improvement in the patient's condition.

The Mobitz method was first used in 1912 in the treatment of ventricular tachycardia. Since then, this method has become widely used in medicine to treat various types of arrhythmias.

However, despite its effectiveness, Mobitz Blockade has a number of disadvantages. First, it can be life-threatening to the patient if not performed correctly or interpreted incorrectly. Secondly, the method may cause side effects such as pain, nausea and dizziness.
