This mask perfectly nourishes your skin.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp. spoon of sunflower oil
- 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
Mode of application:
Mix plain yogurt (without sugar or flavorings, you can use fresh yogurt or kefir), sunflower oil and lemon juice. Apply to the skin of the face, leave the milk for 20 minutes so that it is absorbed, and rinse.
Action: nourishes facial skin.
Frequency of use: 3 times a week.
Shelf life: 12 hours in the refrigerator.
