His Mosaic Theory Mosaic is a well-known theory that is used to describe various properties related to organization, planning and management. It was developed by American scientists in the 1950s, William Giller and John Sayerlin. Unlike other theories, the His mosaic theory, in addition to its basic characteristics, has some flexibility and has a wide range of applications.
The essence of the theory is as follows. Suppose there are a number of objects that have two or more characteristics. For example, these can be people consisting of many social and psychological parameters, such as age, gender, education, profession, etc. We will consider each such set as an entity whose attractiveness is determined by the number of objects it contains. Thus, it is possible to represent the attractiveness of each object in the form of sets of different sizes.
