Marrow Bone Fibrous

Fibrous bone marrow is a pathological condition of the skeleton, which manifests itself in the form of neoplasms consisting of bone and fibrous tissue. The formation consists of bone spines that are directed inward, as well as connective tissue septa. Brain fibrosis is one of the causes of callus formation, which can occur after a fracture or other injury. In some cases, fibrous marrow may be asymptomatic. Brain fibrotic disease rarely manifests itself clinically and can only be detected by radiographs. This is due to the mild severity of the symptoms of the initial stage. The symptoms that appear with cerebral fibrosis can be very diverse. They depend on the location of the pathological focus, as well as on its size and nature of development. When palpating the surface of the lesion, its unusual consistency is noted. There may be a feeling of roughness and dense nodules. The formation of bone marrow may be preceded or accompanied by spinal deformation and the formation of osteochondrosis. X-rays are a great diagnostic aid. An area of increased bone transparency appears on it, in the area of which increased tissue density is possible. Thanks to X-ray examination, the shape and contours of the formation can be assessed. It is also possible to identify the structural features of the elements that form the brain fibrous tissue. The diagnosis itself can be made after conducting these examinations and comparing the results obtained with the manifestations of a number of pathologies. It is of primary importance to distinguish medullary bone fibrosis from an alveolar tumor – osteoclastoma. To identify the disease, computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging is performed. Marrow bone fibrosis is distinguished by: the presence of soft tissue compaction - the absence of bone lesions; absence of pain in the affected area; reduction in the area of pathological tissue growth; negative puncture result. Depending on the symptoms and treatment methods, the following types of cerebral fibrosis are distinguished: local, focal - occurs in the area of the body where the injury occurred; diffuse – diagnosed as a disease accompanying benign diseases of the musculoskeletal system; systemic – characterized by the spread of the pathological process throughout the body. Brain fibrosis has different shapes,
