Bone Necrosis Aseptic

Bone necrosis is a pathological process characterized by the death of bone tissue.

There are two types of bone necrosis:

1. Aseptic necrosis is a process that occurs without the development of infection.
2. Infectious necrosis is the result of the development of an infectious process in bone tissue.

Aseptic bone necrosis is a pathological process that manifests itself in the destruction of bone formation without the presence of visible infection or inflammation in the body. This disease usually occurs due to hereditary disorders of the bone marrow system, metabolism and blood supply. Aseptic osteonecrosis is divided into two forms: limited (single foci of necrosis in one skeleton) and diffuse (multiple foci of damage
