Nephrosclerosis Pyelonephritis

Nephrosclerotic nephritis is a transitional phase from the acute form of the disease to chronic pyelonephritis. It accounts for no more than 2-3% of all patients with urolithiasis who suffer from renal colic for a long time; every third of them develops a chronic form of the disease, often accompanied by shrinkage of the kidneys
