Nerve Cardiac Inferior

Cardiac nerve (lower)

Blood flows to the lower extremities not only in an upright position, but also while lying down, during rest. However, venous outflow occurs worse, because the veins of the legs, which are in a relaxed state, are not able to circulate blood freely. To maintain a constant flow of blood from the legs, the heart works: the diaphragm contracts more intensely, which causes an increase in pressure in the chest cavity. At the same time, a person's blood pressure is increased, so the heart pumps more blood in this case. This is precisely the main difference between the functioning of the nervous system in a horizontal position of a person compared to a vertical position. The nervous system is responsible for the blood supply to the body; the nervous system is formed by nerves, and the nerves, in turn, are controlled by centers (axons of neurons).
