Oliguria Orthostatic

**Orthostatic oliguria (o.-orthostatika)** is a pathological condition manifested by insufficient filtration of urine from the body. In the case of orthostatic oliguria, urine filtration is sharply reduced due to the redistribution of blood in the human body. Typically, orthostatic oliguria is caused by a decrease in blood flow to the kidneys, which leads to a decrease in the volume of blood filtered through the renal capillaries.

This syndrome can be a consequence of various diseases and conditions, such as cardiovascular disorders, kidney disorders, urinary tract infections, dehydration, hypertension and some others.

One of the main signs of orthostatic oliguria is a significant decrease in urine volume. This condition is characterized by a decrease in the amount of urine produced throughout the day, which can lead to insufficient water intake in the body. In addition, patients may experience pain in the lower back or other parts of the body, as well as weakness and fatigue after rising from a horizontal position.
