Orbit Apex Syndrome

Syndrome of the superior orbital orbit is also known as “superior sutural suture syndrome.” It was first described in 2005, when this concept was first formulated. Since then, a lot of new data has been obtained, the very concept of the syndrome and the place of this pathology in the classification of craniofacial anomalies have been clarified.

Since orbital apex syndrome is a complex developmental anomaly
