Smallpox Kafrov

Kafra pox (also known as Alistrim) is a rare genetic disease that appears as a smallpox-like rash. This disease is caused by a mutation in the PIGR gene from the IGR family, which encodes the protein propyliporanquilin I. This problem causes death in about 1 in 20,000 people
