Orzechowski Symptom

**Orzechowski Symptom:**

In 2016, Professor Frank Collins published a paper in which he first described the sign described by doctors for coronary disease. This clinical sign was named after his fellow cardiologists Joseph and Hans Oscherowski. Doctors discovered it by accident when they examined a patient with a suspected aneurysm of the anterior interventricular artery.

After lengthy diagnostic manipulations, they found out that when the patient turned from her back to her stomach, a small-spotted rash appeared. The pressure surge was diagnosed only at the moment of turning. As further observation showed, the same result was obtained by other cardiologists - the symptom was observed in almost all patients with calcific plaques in the anterior lower abdomen.
