Panangin is a drug intended for the treatment of water and electrolyte imbalances and arrhythmias caused by hypokalemia. The drug contains potassium and magnesium asperagine, which helps regulate the level of electrolytes in the body and helps normalize heart function.

Release form: injection solution, as well as film-coated tablets. The instructions indicate contraindications, such as renal and heart failure, as well as restrictions on the use of Panangin with increased levels of potassium and magnesium in the blood and acute and chronic renal failure.

The medicine should not be taken in case of hypercalisis, impaired renal function, heart block, or hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug. When taking Panangin, it is necessary to monitor the level of electrolytes in the blood, but an overdose of this drug is possible only with massive intake of large doses, it is expressed in the form of conduction disturbances and cardiac arrhythmia, requiring immediate treatment.
