Dressing Squad Flying

Dressing detachments arose as temporary formations and existed until the redeployment of the main group, including due to the constantly changing situation, when other operational units could not quickly prepare to provide this function. Such groups existed in almost all Soviet hospitals.

Dressing departments were created to provide the population with first aid for injuries of varying severity. The functions of these groups also included the distribution of medical supplies.
