Peritonitis Exudative

Peritonitis of exudative etiology is a consequence of penetration into the abdominal cavity of inflammatory exudative processes that are caused by the action of infectious agents or bacteria. This condition is accompanied by severe inflammation, which has common features with complicated appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy and other acute inflammatory processes. In the absence of timely treatment, the progression of peritonitis leads to extremely serious consequences, including death.
