Brief biographical information about Petrovna Lopatochka

Spatula Petrovsky is a famous economist and diplomat. Born in 1744 into the family of a landowner. In his youth, fascinated by the ideas of the Enlightenment, he went to Paris to receive an education. There, in parallel with his studies in politics, he began to study economics and philology. Returning to Russia, Lopatochka Petrovsky became an ally of Empress Catherine II. He took part in the development of legislation on the structure of the country's economy, as well as in the organization of the Academy of Sciences. He was one of the founders of the State Bank and the author of the tax system reform project. Died in 1826.
