Pyelonephritis Calculous

Calculous pyelonephritis is a purulent inflammation of the kidneys caused by a bacterial infection and the presence of salt crystals in the kidney tissue in the form of stones (kidneys or sand).

Characterized by paroxysmal pain in the lumbar region, increased body temperature, chills, and increased urination.

Kidney stones form when there is no adequate flow of urine from the kidney. This occurs as a result of a violation of uric acid metabolism. Pyelocalicosis manifests itself already at a young age, when salts accumulate and form stones. With age, there are more stones.
