Polydan (Sodium Nucleospermate)

Polidan is a drug from the group of hematopoiesis stimulants, which is produced in Russia. The active substance of the drug is sodium nucleosperamate.

Indications for the use of the drug are determined by its therapeutic effect: leuko- and thrombocytopenia during radiation, cytostatic, and combination therapy of tumors of the blood system; immunosuppression during antitumor therapy. The drug is contraindicated in pregnant women, children under three years of age, or with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. Side effects may develop: fever, hyperemia, pain at the injection site.
