Psychosyndrome Endocrine

Endogenous psychosyndrome: causes of occurrence and its impact on human health.

**Enchyndratic psychosyndrome: **psychopathological syndrome, the symptoms of which are caused by hypothyroidism - decreased function of the thyroid gland. Decreased function leads to a deficiency of the hormone thyroxine, which stimulates metabolism and affects mood. Reduced levels of thyroid hormones are defined as subclinical hypothyroidism. He does not have pronounced symptoms. Therefore, patients often have no complaints. Diagnosis in this case is based on the results of clinical, laboratory, functional and instrumental examination methods. Doctors often diagnose people with subclinical hypothyroidism as encephalopathy. With this diagnosis, it is mistakenly believed that the disease is caused by insufficient blood supply to the brain. Typically, people with this diagnosis experience: memory problems, headaches, difficulty speaking and thinking, and periodic seizures. Their cognitive abilities deteriorate. The patient is unable to learn information and solve complex problems. People with the syndrome complain a lot about weakness and lack of energy.

Symptoms of enchytric syndrome may be mild. Symptoms require treatment of the syndrome. These include weakness, drowsiness and worsening mood, dry skin, hair loss, changes in sense of smell, nausea, stomach upset, slowness of movement, fatigue and discomfort in the heart. The syndrome can occur in people at any age. Men are affected more often than women. In children, it most often occurs due to poor ecology or heredity. But adolescents with subclinical disease may develop decompensation syndrome. In this case, disturbances in the emotional state are possible: changes in behavior due to problems with the perception of information. All this can cause difficulties while studying. Systematic stressful situations are necessary for the development of the disease. This is considered to be the reason for the increased risk of diagnosis in men. Most often, manifestations occur if the patient suffers from mental disorders or has somatic pathologies.
